In the word for word, “hanti” is a verb and is translated as “kills” . So HHJDS seems to be correct. One may also think there should be a coma separating the two sentences, instead of a full stop. But there exists already three comas in the first sentence and that’ s enough! So both versions are correct in that regard. (HHJDS stands for His Holiness Jayadvaita Swami)
