Let’s be frank. If we are not properly taking advantage of Srila Prabhupada’s books and the redemptive message included therein WE ARE NOTHING BUT FOOLS.

One word Srila Prabhupada often used in respect of His books is “SCRUTINIZINGLY”.

Read scrutinizingly. What does that means? It means Srila Prabhupada’s writings are like books of mathematics and have been written with the same rigour.

For rigour the dictionary gives:

the quality of being extremely thorough and careful: his analysis is lacking in rigour

severity or strictness: the full rigour of the law

Srila Prabhupada often talked about how carefully he chose the words of His Bhaktivedanta Purports. Writing is an art. But preaching requires even more talent.

We can just take one favourite sentence and repeat it over and over again until it becomes second nature and then go to the next, the next, the next, the next etc until we come to the end and in this way we become PRABHUPADIZED. Every sentence is a mantra and mantra means repeating over and over again as we do with the Hare Krishna mantra.

Christians call it baptised, we call it PRABHUPADIZED.

We also have to ponder over the meaning and message of the mantra.
