CONSUMER OPINION and MARKET ANALYSIS

In business as everywhere else there are the good people and the nasty ones.

Worldremit.com would have to belong to the latter one.

I had so very many obnoxious and time waisting problems with this smug British company.

Here is the text of my last letter to them:

Hello at World Remit,

I wish to register herewith my strong complaint and complete dissatisfaction with Worldremit.

Each time I want to use the facility there is some major problem like being unable to complete the transaction due to no fault of mine.

This is extremely frustrating and a major waste of time.

Today I was trying to send AUD XXX to Aberdeen, Scotland and again it was blocked. I subsequently changed the Visa Card, but again it was blocked.

This is an unacceptably low level of service. Not to mention the problems that arose when I joined.

Instead of being a solution company, it would appear that WorldRemit is just a problem company and I am about to quit.

Yours sincerely,

And of course they did not see it appropriate nor have the courtesy to forward a reply.

I think this company should be re-baptised Worldsh..

And I would have to give Remitly.com the same negative rating.
