Bhagavad Gita As It Is, 10.2 and how both rascal nonsense editors impoverish Srila Prabhupada’s original message as found in Original Transcript(OT). Hayagriva starts it and Jayadvaita, blind and careless as he is, rubber stamps it.

In OT Srila Prabhupada writes:

“Nobody, including the demigods and the great sages know me, for in all respects, I am the origin of all the demigods as well as the great sages.”

Bhagavad Gita As It Is NOT by Hayagriva gives:

“Neither the hosts of demigods nor the great sages know My origin, for, in every respect, I am the source of the demigods and the sages.”

Bhagavad Gita As It Is NOT by Jayadvaita gives:

“Neither the hosts of demigods nor the great sages know My origin or opulences, for, in every respect, I am the source of the demigods and sages.

Srila Prabhupada is categorical: No one knows Krishna!

But the nonsense rascal editors restrict that statement to the great sages and demigods, as if some others knew Krishna.

Also we noticed how the editors dont like the word “nobody” used by Srila Prabhupada. They tend to replace it with “no one” as in this very purport “No one is greater than Him.”

Bad luck for them! The word “nobody” will stay as Srila Prabhupada uses it.

And how can we preach effectively if our reference knowledge is false?

These are simple mathematics we learned in early secondary.

That was in the sixties and was then called the New Mathematics.

I enjoyed it and was good at it too.

The very first three months test in secondary first year, which was called la sixieme in France, was……….. Mathematics and I came out number ONE. The professor’s name was MR. Gable He was also the school principal. He was good. One day he forgot to close his zipper and he used to splutter a lot. Otherwise he was good at his job. May Lord Krishna bless him, wherever he may be now.

There is another story about him. Some of us used to jump fences protecting from deeper grounds so that reception was 2 or 3 meters on concrete surfaces below starting point. One day Mr. Gable caught a certain Dupras student while doing it. Mr. Gable asked the question:” Do you know what these fences are called?” I knew was he was talking about and replied :”These fences are called “GARDE FOU”, which basically means “to keep crazy people in check”. This happened in 1964-1965 in Soultz, Haut Rhin, France, which was about 6 km from my residence. So much for my biography.

Let me pay tribute to another secondary professor, Mr Muller, professor of German and PE. He wore glasses.

He predicted that if we follow him seriously for two years during “la sixieme et la cinquieme” we would know German perfectly and this is what happened. He taught us technics to remember German prefixes like be, emp, ent, er and ge, miss, ver, zer also called mnemonics. This person was serious, methodical, thorough and enthusiastic. I also won a cross country race in Rixheim under his tutelage. Thank you Mr. Muller. May Lord Krishna bless you.

In these days, I also made acquaintance with my friend Benoit Giersch with whom I am still corresponding. He became a doctor generalist and has now retired, along with his wife Danielle.

Larousse tells the same system of “sixieme” and “cinquieme” etc etc … is still in place in France

Back to mathematics:

A is everyone

B are the great sages

and C are the demigods

we assume there is no overlapping of B and C.

Both editors version does not cover{ A minus (B+C)} whereas Srila Prabhupada’s version does

{ A minus (B+C)} represents trillions and trillions of living entities, a non-negligible quantity.

Therefore both editor’s versions are nonsense and betray Srila Prabhupada.

We reject it as we reject both As It Is NOT versions.
